Jim Kaull
About
Jim brings twenty one years of real estate sales experience to his clients. Jim was a top agent at Washington Fine Properties, LLC in the DC area, with the core of his business in Georgetown and other Northwest neighborhoods. Prior to real estate, he worked in university financial administration and at The National Association Independent Schools Washington DC. A native Newporter, Jim is from a family with a long history working in real estate, insurance, and mortgage lending. He has hands-on experience of buying and selling his own homes and investment properties and works with buyers and sellers in all price ranges, single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties. In addition to community volunteer work, Jim has held advisory positions at the Massachusetts State Scholarship Program and at TIAA-CREF Retirement Fund in New York. Jim is a member of the Sons of the American Revolution with strong knowledge of Newport history and resides in an historic Newport home. In his free time Jim enjoys swimming, woodworking and walking the neighborhoods of Newport with Harry, his black and tan coonhound.
