I have been working at NE&C for over 25years. I graduated from Roger Williams University in 1996. I hold my Professional Engineering license and Class III wastewater designer's license.

I manage the civil engineering projects. I work with the owners and real estate agents to help with due diligence items such as surveys, elevation certificates, septic system designs, and general engineering and survey services. We have also helped with foundation inspections, roof inspections (for solar panel construction), etc.
